Bourbon Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon granulated sugar (or 1 sugar cube)

2 to 3 dashes bitters (Angostura is traditional & works well)

2 ounces Bourbon or Rye Whiskey

Orange peel and maraschino cherry, to garnish

Instructions:

Using maraschino cherry juice, rim glass with "Bourbon' Craft Salt.

Add sugar, whiskey, bitters and ice to a cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously, pour into glass.

Use our "Bourbon" craft salt on the rim and garnish with maraschino cherry and orange peel.
